According to the AFR, Pacific Equity Partners is lining up the cleaning and catering company, Spotless, for an IPO. Spotless Group and is believed to be preparing a tightly-run cornerstone bookbuild within the next fortnight. It is understood Spotless is preparing to meet potential backers this week, with advisers Citi, Deutsche Bank and UBS arranging meetings with a handful of fund managers who they think may be supportive of the offer. PEP acquired the business for $1 billion back in 2012 and after a quick turnaround story could revalue the company north of the $2 billion mark via a public offering. AFR Subscribers: (VIEW LINK)
