At the Contango MicroCap Limited (ASX: CTN) AGM Chairman Mark Kerr said we remain confident of a grinding improvement in the world economy, and positive on the outlook and valuation for microcap companies. Overall we are relatively positive on the economic outlook as we expect this 'grinding-higher' growth environment will continue over the next 12 months. We expect rates will remain at these record low levels into next year. With low rates and a lower AUD, the domestic economy should start to recover and transition more growth to the non-mining economy.
