Multiple catalysts for emerging litigation operator

JustKapital (JKL) is a large holding in the fund that still represents good value. Upcoming catalysts include demonstrating to the market that they are growing the debtor book of MML, which would also imply growth in revenue and earnings for the disbursement funding business. Acquisitions in this area, a key part of the growth strategy, may also prove to be catalysts for a re rate in the near term. On the litigation funding side securing funding to go after a larger pool of cases with the newly appointed Diane Jones (ex IMF) at the helm is a potential catalyst as it demonstrates the next growth phase of JKL as a scaled litigation funder and legitimate rival to the likes of IMF and International funders.
