Tox Free Solutions (Tox) operates industrial waste disposal facilities. Recently they acquired a company called Daniels, allowing entry into the healthcare sector. Simon Conn from Investors Mutual explained why he's been attracted to the company following this acquisition. “As the population ages and there are more people having more test and operations done, that drives a level of waste. That healthcare waste has to be disposed of in a thoughtful way. Daniels operates many of the high-end incinerators and waste disposal facilities that dispose of that waste.” IML recently filed a notice of substantial shareholding with the ASX indicating that they’d purchased ~6.6 million shares in Tox between September and November, increasing their holding to 11.14%.
