An undiscovered gem (that won’t stay that way for long)

It’s not often you hear about a stock that appears to be flying totally under the radar but that’s what Simon Shields and the team at Monash Investors has found. This $250 million market cap company is not yet in the ASX300 and is only covered by a single broker. Despite this, it’s set to earn $25 million in 2020, putting it on a PE of 10, and it holds $50 million of net cash.

“What we’ve got here is a company that’s got revenue growth of about 40% per annum going into 2020, and it’s trading on a PE of 10… It’s just an overlooked stock.”
