PortfolioDirect

Breaker Resources has been classified as a Phase I company and rated '3' on the five point PortfolioDirect rating scale where a '5' rating is the lowest risk category. The company's investment returns since the middle of 2013 have been among the lowest 15% available to investors in the sector. Embedded expectations appear low offering investors the chance of significant leverage to exploration success. The company's focus is the Yamarna and Burtville Terranes of the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, under-explored areas recognised for their prospectivity (including the ability to host large scale gold accumulations). The company has identified a significant system of gold anomalism at Dexter which is both relatively shallow and extensive. This is a longer term exploration opportunity. An extended period may be needed to improve its understanding of the regional mineralisation before a more dramatic discovery could become a more realistic hope. The PortfolioDirect report is available through Bloomberg.
