Good morning, You have to love Sport… Drug scandals in the AFL, Drinking problems at the NRL and now bribery charges at the top of FIFA, the largest sports body in the world… Don’t these officials get paid enough as it is? Last night, US stocks rallied (Dow up 121 points), following the biggest fall the previous night in over 3 weeks… Broadcom surged after the Wall Street Journal reported the chipmaker was in talks to be bought by Avago Technologies. The Nasdaq rallied strongly, as Apple rebounded, driving the index near record highs… Who says technology is out of favour? What's on today in Oz Australia business investment, capex; US pending home sales Commodities were mixed with Crude Oil down 0.62% to $57.67/oz., Gold flat at $1,188.10/oz. and the AUD/USD at $0.7730 The SPI is up 12 points
