Kerr Neilson remains cautious on investing in Australia and explains what gives rise to his concerns. What troubles me is the predilection of people here to remain invested in Australia. Yet people are eager to take their holidays elsewhere because of the high Australian dollar. We have a mandatory saving scheme so there is a large pool of assets looking for a home, yet many investors remain invested in Australia. There are better valuations elsewhere.
