Peak Asset Management

Good Morning, So last night I attended “The Big Pitch”… an event hosted by Oxygen Ventures, to showcase the top 5 start-ups in Australia… Some of the judges included Larry Kestelman, founder of Dodo, Dave Scheine, Director of “Yelp” and Raoul Oberman, Advisor & Angel Investor, with a focus in Indonesia. Overall, the evening was a great success, which was followed by a networking event & drinks So who won the Big Pitch? A start up called “Social Status” … check them out… Others to keep an eye on include Gamurs (social network for gaming), Biteable (the world’s simplest video maker) and Fleet (Provider of the lowest-cost satellite internet) So… Last week I caught up with management of a new Biotech IPO that will list on the ASX in mid-July… The management comprise of ex CFO of MSB (stock went from $0.40 to $10.00 in 12 months)….. ex CFO of CSL and is also underwritten….. So keep an eye out for it! Market up 38 points at the moment Niv
