Market Update: The S&P/ASX200 was flat at 5,442 points as the US equity markets were mixed overnight. NAB was down 0.7% while the other three major banks were flat. Resources were also mixed with BHP and RIO down 0.6% and 0.4% respectively while Fortescue rose 1.6%. The AUD jumped above USD 0.90 to be trading at USD 0.9014 after a better than expected Trade Surplus of $1.43B. The SPI was down 0.2% at 5,440 points on the Sydney Futures Exchange.
