Ownership matters releases a comprehensive study of costs, structure and practices in the Aust ECM Market - Smaller companies and non-underwritten offerings have emerged as the most expensive types of raisings, prompting a call for companies and larger shareholders to consider alternatives other than investment banks to lower the costs.
