Reporting Season - expecting strong results from MBE. Targeting sectors and companies that can outperform during reporting season, we like the digital/online media space. Whilst traditional media is in serious decline, Australia's online advertising spend outgrows traditional media channels and was up 16% in 2013 (IAB Australia). Within online, mobile grew 170% in 2013. Mobile advertising is forecast to grow at a CAGR of 39 per cent between 2013 and 2018. Further, consumers are increasingly purchasing online as they become more familiar and develop trust in the payment options. Mobile Embrace (MBE.ASX) provides exposure to both online advertising and payments channel. We have been adding MBE to portfolios recently, taking a medium term view. We believe that expectation of solid upcoming results and a positive FY15 outlook will provide a catalyst for the share price over coming months. For full article click (VIEW LINK)
