Sunset Strip | Aussie market went bull with global markets on Euro stimulus hope while Iron Ore and Oil held up. Market volumes just over $4b again while institutional investors expected to get back into the swing of things next week. Globally it's all about Euro deflation and QE seems to be the only cure...never stand in the way of cheap money and equity markets. US reporting season will show some colour to how well the corporate earnings will match up with the market optimism. AUDUSD now just above 81 cents with retail data optimism. Market is hoping that the slower than expected retail growth in Nov will recover in Dec...not sure hope is in the right place. Volatility index has started to come back from the high teens over the past few days and that coincides with the market recovery. Non-farm payroll data tonight, not that it matters much when we are looking at free cash from Euro. (VIEW LINK)
