One of the great myths of investing in unlisted companies is that investors will never be able to exit the investment. But Jonathan Pearce, Portfolio Manager at the CVC Emerging Companies Fund, explains how they approach this risk.

“You must be able to drive change. Whether that’s in the form of an IPO, or it comes in the form of a trade sale. That’s something we’re focused on.”
