Peak Asset Management

Good Morning, About time these Americans got their act together… Dow Jones +240 SP500 + 26 Oil + 2.2% Gold + 0.90% … Does this mean that we should finish the day in the black? We should…. Last night I caught up with KW Lau for some teppanyaki on the banks of the yarra river… There was the usual “egg throwing” and some warm sake, but more importantly, KW was in Melbourne to see brokers and fund managers for the upcoming icandy IPO, listing on the ASX mid September… At $0.185/$0.19 and with a market capitalisation of ~ $20M, the market is simply ignoring the $44M spinoff and any of FFG’s assets (Dressable, RajaPremi among others)… Given FFG will make ~ $40M from the spinoff and pay away ~50% as an “in specie” dividend, to me, looks extremely “cheap”… Moreover, there will be other spin-offs and more value will be created to shareholders, so for those holding, keep holding, as we will all be rewarded. The SPI is pointing to a 30 point rise this morning
