8 reasons why you should consider responsible investments. The Responsible Investment Association of Australia (RIAA) recently released its 2014 Benchmark Report researching the size and growth of responsible investments in Australia and New Zealand. Key findings of the report included: • Investments with a responsible investment approach grew 13% YoY to AUM of $153 billion (as at 31 December 2013) - this represents 14.3% of total AUM in Australia; • There are over 40 asset owners (primarily super funds) who have signed on to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment who manage over $460 bill in AUM; • Investments in core responsible investment - ethical, socially responsible, impact investments, community finance and sustainability themed investments - grew 51% YoY to just under $25 billion in AUM; Click here to view our blog post: (VIEW LINK)
