Anton Tagliaferro's four rules of investing. Tagliaferro says you've got to have a set of rules. His are: 1) Invest in companies that make money and pay dividends and holding on for long enough to enjoy the benefits of what that company can create over time. 2) Always keep an eye on value, buy when things are cheap and don't worry about momentum. It doesn't matter what the herd is doing. 3) Build knowledge and ignore the noise. 4) Figure out the difference between perception and reality. Worth a watch for the value minded:
