AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS CONFIDENCE AND CONDITIONS BELOW THEIR LONG-RUN AVERAGES The latest NAB business survey has just been released with both confidence and conditions continuing to slip in September. Confidence fell 2pts to 5, the lowest level since August 2013, while conditions, like confidence, fell 2pts to 1, a low not seen since May. Both now sit below the series long-run average....
