The Brisbane property market is a key area of focus for our research team – not only is the valuation gap between Brisbane and Sydney near an all-time high but the huge level of government investment into infrastructure around the inner-city Brisbane market is very significant. As of this month, Brisbane had a median property price of $504,390, compared with Sydney’s $935,250 and Melbourne’s $755,510. Six months ago, only 18 of Brisbane's 195 suburbs were experiencing price growth in double-digit figures. That has increased to 35, PRD Nationwide's latest Brisbane Hotspots report shows. So is Brisbane a prime market for investment? We recently sat down with Oliver Bagheri and Damian McIntosh from our partnering firm New Ground Property to ask a few questions about the inner-city Brisbane market. As Research and Acquisitions Manager, Oliver knows the Brisbane market very well having also spent time as a Manager at Deloitte Real Estate. Click here to watch > (VIEW LINK)
