Invast still holds the view that the biggest risk to the domestic banking space is a race to the bottom in terms of mortgage pricing. We haven't yet seen this but its a very important point to watch as the RBA continues cutting rates. So far, CBA is miles ahead of its competitors in terms of quality and having the ability to combat this threat.
