Last night, US stocks edged higher as Gilead and other biotech names declined and energy shares reversed course with oil prices. Walt Disney kept the Dow in positive territory. Disney shares jumped 8.3 per cent to $US101.86 after quarterly profit topped analysts' expectations.Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal's investment firm sold a stake valued at almost $US190 million in News Corp, reducing its holding in Rupert Murdoch's media company to about 1 per cent.Commodities were generally weaker last night, with Crude Oil down 8.1% to $48.76/barrel, Gold up 0.39% to $1,265/oz. and Copper up 0.43%, trading at $2.59/lb.
