Good Morning, An early start this morning as have a breakfast meeting to attend to..... Just imagine if the 'much-loved' PEAK morning wrap wasn't in your inbox before 8:00am... that would be bad service, right? Managing funds for clients is certainly a hard job..... But it is also important to have fun and enjoy what you're doing, right? It's all about positive energy and as you can see, the results are coming along nicely........ Last night, US stocks fell (Dow Jones currently down ~ 22 points), following the US minutes, which showed that interest rates are unlikely to rise any time soon... US factory production was also weaker than expected and combined with the falling oil price (Crude down 3.21% to $51.40/barrel) and Gold up slightly to $1,210/oz, focus today will be on AUS earnings...... In Australia, PRY, AAD, IAG disappointed while WPL, SRX, CTX and TRS moved higher, following their strong positive earnings surprise. Today, AMP, Fairfax Media, iiNet, Tatts Group, Wesfamers and Brambles among others report their FY results... The SPI is pointing to a 1 point gain.
