Last night, global markets rallied as Cisco drove the NASDAQ to its highest level on record and a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine provided support for European equities... Let's see how long that lasts.... Commodities were generally stronger last night, with Crude Oil up $2.46 to $51.30/barrel, Gold up $3 to $1,222/oz. and iron ore flat at $62/tonne.
