In our view there are 3 key specific risks surrounding a YES vote by Scotland for independence from the UK. Those are: i) the currency question; ii) the fiscal position of a newly independent Scotland; & iii) the economic & employment risks associated with some level of likely corporate exodus. Of those three, the first 2, in particular, are linked and of greatest concern.
