IVE Group (IVE) is a vertically integrated marketing and print communications provider. The Company aims to help its customers to communicate more effectively by creating, managing, producing and distributing marketing content across multiple channels. The company reported its half year results on February 25th, revenue of $196.1 million grew 13.9% from 1H 15 with NPAT growth of 145% to $11.4 million. IVE has a deceptively simple growth strategy and is focused on the following initiatives; 1) New customer origination, driven by a sales focused executive team and a customer centric culture. 2) Growing share of wallet, the diverse range of products offered by IVE provide an excellent platform for existing customers. 3) Execution of their acquisition program, IVE operates in a fragmented business sector offering significant value when consolidated, they will focus on short payback periods and cross selling synergies. IVE trades on an FY16 P/E of just 8X falling to 6.9X in FY18, this combined with a sustainable yield, strong management and the benefits of industry consolidation, mean we find its value compelling.
