I've taken the opportunity created by the lull in AGMs to take a look at general meetings with resolutions under ASX Listing Rule 11 - a change to the nature and/or scale of the entity's activities. I take a look at the reforms proposed by the ASX to the backdoor listing requirements (as part of its changes to the requirements for admission and quotation), but the emphasis is on three general meetings this month featuring these resolutions: Applabs Technologies, Primary Opinion and Middle Island Resources.
