Macquarie says 2014 is likely to be the Year of the Tiger, predicting a top year ahead for Tiger Resources (ASX: TGS) and giving them an Outperform rating. TGS has announced a 112% increase in the Kipoi Central Reserve, met guidance for CY13 and Stage 2 is on track to produce first cathode in Q2. Reserve grade has increased by 10% and inclusion of new material has decreased the Kipoi Central pit strip ratio by 33%. 2014 should be a seminal year for TGS with the company transitioning from production of copper concentrate to copper cathode.
