Major currencies drifted against the greenback in European and US trade on Monday. The Euro traded between US$1.1165 and US$1.1240 and was trading near US$1.1180 in afternoon US trade. The Aussie dollar held between US77.55c and US77.95c and was near US77.65c in afternoon US trade. And the Japanese yen softened from 119.66 yen per US dollar to JPY120.18 and was near JPY120.18 in the afternoon US session.
