Metrics Real Estate Partners Fund 1 (Fund) is currently accepting applications from Wholesale investors looking to gain exposure to equity co-investments in commercial real estate assets (CRE) across Australia and New Zealand. The Fund leverages Metrics’ experience and depth of relationships within the CRE market to gain access to investment opportunities and aims to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns over a 5-year period. The Fund targets a 15% IRR*, net of fees and costs. Minimum investment is $50,000. Applications close 28th February 2022.
