Netflix making more than a ripple downunder. Quartz reports, The latest report from the Canadian broadband networking company Sandvine reveals that Netflix is still the king of the American internet. The streaming video service is responsible for a staggering 35% of all bandwidth usage in North America. With a service yet to be released in Australia Netflix is already making an impression with domestic consumers. According to a recent study of those Australians with at least one media subscription, 27 percent are currently accessing Netflix through a VPN (effectively accessing illegally from the US).
