Russ Koesterich on currencies, commodities and real estate - the US dollar is expected to strengthen further relative to most other currencies in the coming months on the back of continued US economic recovery. Commodities have performed poorly this year as a stronger dollar acts as a ceiling on commodity prices. Koesterich prefers brick-and-mortar real estate exposure as real estate prices are still relatively low and, unlike commodities, real estate can provide income. (VIEW LINK)
