SKILLED (ASX: SKE) is the largest provider of workforce solutions in Australia with its 3 main divisions, Workforce Services, Technical Professionals and Engineering & Marine Services. Cyclical declines in earnings were suffered by both Workforce Services and Technical Professionals, however these sectors are well placed to benefit strongly as our economy improves. Engineering & Marine Services was the star of the show with EBITDA rising 41% in FY 2013/14. Management believe that this earnings momentum will continue into the New Financial Year; underpinning next year's earnings. The company is in a strong position with its current business exposure to geographical scale, a strong balance sheet and the company cost reduction program (expecting to save $10m). Combined with a Fully Franked yield of 6.01% the company has significant upside potential over the medium to long term. Our monthly newsletter is available here: (VIEW LINK)
