The AFR reports that ASX listed Horizon Oil is in possible takeover discussions

The AFR reports that ASX listed Horizon Oil is in possible takeover discussions. Oil and gas junior Horizon Oil has caught the eye of a suitor, with the company understood to be in takeover discussions. The AFR says Sources on Wednesday night said the $436 million company could announce a deal as early as this week. Potential acquirers include Santos, AWE and the Roc Oil Company.
