Residential property tends to draw a lot of attention when investors get talking about Australian property. But with a market of more than $100 billion for industrial property and more than $300 billion for office property, these income-generating assets are seriously underappreciated. And with e-commerce booming, and workers returning to the office, both these sectors offer attractive returns, says Stuart Wilton, Fund Manager at Centuria Capital.
“Our view is that will remain an extremely important part of the way business operates. We still think the advantages from being in the office outweigh those of working from home.”
