Elanor Investors Group is a real estate investment firm that invests across multiple asset classes including commercial, office, retail, hotels and leisure and healthcare. The firm, which is listed on the ASX, manages the $500 million Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX:ECF).

David Burgess, Co-Head of Real Estate at Elanor, says the fund is seeking to invest in assets that have a point of difference within their submarket to ensure the fund can achieve strong, consistent cashflows.

Elanor has recently agreed to acquire 50 Cavill Avenue on the Gold Coast and in this short video David outlines why this asset meets Elanor’s investment criteria.
