An update on the current activity in the IPO market

An update on the current activity in the IPO market. Matt Haupt from Wilson Asset Management says recently they have been seeing up to 5 IPOs per week. Whilst there has been some very high quality companies there have also been some of lesser quality. One of particular interest is Spruson & Ferguson which is a patent and trademark legal business. Haupt says the business is very high quality and is likely to be a consolidator in the sector.
