Good Afternoon, With the Chinese GDP figures heading below 7.0% for the first time since 2009, China's leaders swung into "stimulus mode" over the weekend, cutting the amount of cash lenders must set aside as reserve, by the most since the GFC. The reserve-requirement ratio was lowered 1 percent effective Monday, the PBOC said, which at 18.5 percent is still high by global standards.
