First of the big AGM days today - second strike but no Board spill at Boom Logistics, and changing the profile of the shareholders register explains the difference in the remuneration report vote at Cardno today. Some other key AGMs also attracting dissent. Today I've attached the daily AGM note and have just updated this at 7.00pm and again at 7.30pm. Close at Tatts on the remuneration report. And Ardent Leisure's Board always had the choice available to them to pull most of the remuneration resolutions on today's AGM agenda. All passed but some low poll votes for.
