Early Warning Network IPO via ASX BookBuild ...Kerry Plowright, the army officer -turned farmer-turned technology entrepreneur who in 2000 came within a whisker of floating one of Australia's earliest e-commerce outfits, EziMerchant, is back on the roadshow circuit to promote the planned initial public offering of his digital weather alerts service, The Early Warning Network. A prospectus was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Wednesday to raise $6 million at 25¢ per share in an initial public offer from Aeeris, which will act as the holding company for Early Warning Network.
