Excellent video commentary from Charlene Chu on China: A lot of people are aware we have had a large expansion of credit in China but they are not aware of the magnitude. By the end of this year, China's banking system will have increased by US$14 trillian in assets which is equivalent to the entire US commercial banking sector. This means China would have replicated the entire US banking system in the last  five years. You do not see credit expansions of that magnitude go smoothly over the long-term, there is always some sort of fallout. (VIEW LINK)
