First strike against the Remuneration Report at Prime Media Group, 'passed on show of hands' at Bradken

It wasn't just the remuneration report that bore the brunt of shareholder dissent at Prime Media Group's AGM today. At Bradken's AGM, two director election resolutions were withdrawn from the meeting when the Directors resigned with immediate effect last Friday.
