First strike and Second Strike AGMs 2015

The provisional lists of companies receiving a first strike at the 2015 AGM can be found at this (VIEW LINK) . As always, I suggest you don't get carried away about the size of the strike but simply note there was a strike. The pattern of shareholdings in the company and the percentage of capital voting are likely to be relevant to the size of the strike. The provisional list of two strike AGMs (a conditional/contingent Board Spill Resolution was on the 2015 AGM agenda) can be found at this (VIEW LINK) . Most companies avoid a second strike. Most companies receiving a second strike don't go any further as the Board Spill resolution is not passed by shareholders. However, shareholders passed the Board Spill resolution at Castle Minerals, Draig Resources, Globe Metals & Mining and Samson Oil and Gas. I take a look at the capital voting on the remuneration report and Board Spill resolution in the note on two strike AGMs.
