From the front line- How fast can you double my money?... The sharemarket- pfft not interested, we make more in property. Such was the Future Wealth Expo last weekend at Homebush with the Trading, Super Expo alongside the Property Investors Expo. Night & day, chalk & cheese. While the sharemarket side of the pavilion was a constant flow of investors it was the Yarra beside the Amazon....or was that Niagara Falls? And if the property party ends? we asked those property investors who did stop to talk - Yes please! I'll buy cheap houses dumped by investors and make more money. True, everyone was smarter than the last person. Just ask them. The greater fool theory, the apex of the pyramid. Someone please ring a bell. It's fully cooked. Actually don't. They said they'll just buy more. It was like watching a living Glengarry Glen Ross. Next expo Melbourne 29-30 August..../
