It aims to adopt an all-of-industry, rather than institution-specific, approach, and engage Members in a robust conversation on best-practice approaches to innovation in the finance sector. We welcome your ideas and involvement. Fort Street Advisers principal, and former head of investment banking at UBS, Richard Hunt, believes retail and mid-tier brokers should embrace ASX BookBuild. It's a positive development for brokers and high-net-worth investors, he says. By letting investors access more capital raisings, ASX BookBuild creates opportunities to advise clients who want to bid for stock on a wider range of offers, or because they don't want to be diluted by offers for stock they already own.
