Indonesia's on-again, off-again bulk export ban looks like it may be off, as it needs all of the export income it can generate. Bloomberg reports a government adviser saying Indonesia may refrain from a complete ban on mineral-ore shipments in 2014 as it needs the revenue to offset declining income from its oil and gas industry.
