According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the billionaire investor has initiated a new position for his fund through the acquisition of 1.57 million shares, representing 12.3% of the company's stock. Qunar operates an online travel platform for clients in the People's Republic of China. The company has a market cap of $3.28 billion with reported revenues of $41.5 million, a 74.2% year-over-year increase. The Company listed in 2011 and is majority held by tech firm Baidu.
