Medibank, it's all about the pricing. In this short video Anton Tagliaferro covers some familiar ground with respect to the IPO market. He does, however, offer some fresh thinking on the floats that might be priced more favorably for new investors. The key is understanding the motivation of the seller. Floats being rolled out of Private Equity are being done so by highly motivated sellers. However, there are circumstances where, perhaps, there is motivation for the vendor to leave some value on the table for the next investors. With Medibank coming out of Government hands Anton suggests their motivations might be slightly different to Private Equity. Watch the video here:
