Northern Minerals (ASX: NTU) is our sole rare earths exposure, rising from 11c to 28c since May as it moves rapidly towards first production. Hot on the heels of last week's release of an enhanced Browns Range JORC resource estimate, the company today advised that it has received full WA environmental approvals for the project. We'll be meeting with MD George Bauk on Thursday to gain further insight on these particular achievements. First production is scheduled for 2016.
