Gold futures settled higher. Oil futures pared their losses. U.K. stocks moved mostly lower on Wednesday. Miners moved mostly higher after upbeat production updates. European stock markets moved lower on Wednesday. London BHP up 0.08%. Rio up 1.07%. New York BHP down 0.58%. Rio down 0.40%. Base metal traded lower.
