Rising electricity use is the best indicator of China's economic improvement

Rising electricity use is the best indicator of China's economic improvement. Power use by manufacturing, mining and construction companies climbed to its highest level since 2009 during July, rebounding from a two-year low in February. Increased use of electricity, along with reports showing better-than-expected growth in factory output, exports and imports, hints at Chinese recovery.
